Hello:-)) This is my first post but actually I'm not new here... over the last few weeks this website was a great resource for me:-))
So I'm working on a mod, which is a conversation of Ultimate doom... but first of some pictures
Here is the new mainmenu which i coded. You can call it up with the escape-key and put in the original music(in hq of course) and sound effects..
unfortunatly i haven't found a way yet to control a gui with the keyboard:-((

This is the new loading screen.. Actually it's animated and the lights are
are blinking , but unfortunatly i found out that when DOOM3 loads a map guis aren't animated:-(((
So here is a picture of a map everbody should now:-))
So I put in almost all original textures of doom and the music of course.. also i put in the original sounds for doors and switches...
and the nice new hud.. which is actually done by zeh ( i was too lazy to code myself a new one:-)) ) also i changed all weapons which means that you don't have to reload any more on any weapon:-)) also the pistol and the chaingun now use the same ammunition and the plasmagun and BFG
too. Also i removed the overcharge stuff from the BFG and the BFG uses 40 cells per shot. ( everything like in Ultimate DOOM)
for the player i removed stamina and increased walk and run speed.. also i removed crouching,jumping and Falling damages also.Changed the values of ammo the player can carry to the ones of original doom.
At the moment you can have 200 health.. even with the normal health packs ( need to change that when the SDK arrives). also you can have up to 200 armor but when it gets over 100 it slowly decreases.
i tweaked all the weapon and monster damages. Also i changed the health of the monsters
i also changed the values for the various items and added a soulsphere which gives you +100 health. But't havent' added a health-poison yet...
I also added tweaked some sounds of weapons and monsters... and put in some other skins.
By now the first 3 levels of episode one are finished.. with all switches, secrets.. and a lot of monsters:-)) but only one difficulty yet.. so the need some fine tuning...
So actually this is what i have right now... just need to build the last 6 levels of episode 1:-))
