If you are interested send some work over to the email adress shown in the picture.
Sometimes it may take a while before I can reply due to timeconstraints. We need an experienced mapper.
I don't need to say that you have to love the original Hexen games, do I?
We inspire mostly to recreate the feeling of the Original Hexen 1 game.
We are making a Total Conversion which means that we do not use any Vanilla Doom 3 assets at all. We have two very talented texture artists at your disposal when you become mapping lead.

Since we really do need a lead mapper, I'm gonna take a big step away from my usual principles and give this a shameless... *bump*

Ask your parents, ask your friends, ask your pets... know of any mapper that would be able to join?

very nice announcement.
my pet is sleeping the whole time so wont be a big help. :)
if i hear something in the buhes (german mapping scene) i will sent them to this thread. i will also post a news @ level-designer.de.

Nope, but as the project crystalizes I find myself missing two hands in managing things and a leadmapper would really come in handy. :wink:

Best way to recruit the cream of the crops (in my experience) is to mail them personally. It's hard to not be a bit flattered by that. ;)

Damn, if i just had a bit more experience with DOOMEdit...
Hexen was my favourite FPS/RPG fantasy mix, mapping for this mod would be nice. Well, maybe i'll check with you in about ... 5 months? :wink:

I hope people aren't confusing this as being a cry for help. We are just all very busy with the development, especially Bloodrayne who does an enormous ammount of work for every aspect of the game, yet it still seems not to be enough :>.

We simply need someone who is enthusiastic and experienced who will fit into the team to lighten the load a little on everyone else so the development isn't quite as stressful and so Bloodrayne's girlfriend doesn't leave him for totally neglecting her. Again, this team is well astablished and stable, we would just like to move the development along with a bit more speed and a little less stress.
